Tatiana Maslany has barely arrived in the MCU and already has ambitious plans for her character
Jennifer Walters. Asked at San Diego Comic-Con if she would be interested in seeing Hulk Woman leading
a team like the V-Force in the shared universe, the actress couldn't contain her enthusiasm and repeated her answer three times: "yes!"
Introduced during the Secret Wars arc in 2015, the V-Force was the first all-female Avengers team
and had Hulk Woman herself as its leader. The team also included Crystal, Medusa, Nico Minoru, and Singularity.
In Woman-Hulk, Maslany, known for Orphan Black, is the protagonist, and Mark Ruffalo returns to live the Hulk in the production.
Renée Elise Goldsberry (Hamilton) and Tim Roth, who played the villainous Abominable
in The Incredible Hulk (2008), are also in the picture. The villain is Jameela Jamil, who plays Titania in the series.
The Disney+ series has Kat Coiro as director and executive producer. With a large television background, the filmmaker
has directed episodes of great series such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Dial My Friend to Kill. The series is scheduled to premiere on August 18 on Disney+.
