Rihanna has moved the US real estate market by selling her Hollywood Hills mansion for US$6.6 million, the equivalent

of R$34 million at today's exchange rate. The house was initially put on the market in 2018 for

US$7.5 million, and it even rented for US$35,000 per month for quite some time, but only now has it gone on the market.

Located high above the busy Sunset Strip, the property was built and completed in 2015. Inside, there

are 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms spread over 660 square feet of multi-level space with high ceilings, arched doorways, and a mix of wood and ceramic tile floors.

Inside there is a movie room and billiard room, gym, plus a two-car garage that houses an upper level guesthouse. In the backyard there is a large swimming pool.

There is also a cozy family room, flanked by an elegantly designed gourmet kitchen, equipped with top of the line appliances and an L-shaped black marble island with seating.

In addition to her newly sold Hollywood Hills home, the 34-year-old singer has amassed an impressive

collection of properties in Los Angeles. She also owns a $13 million mansion in Beverly Hills, as well as

the $10 million home next door. Her primary residence, however, remains a multi-million dollar condominium in The Century skyscraper.
