Queen Elizabeth died on Thursday (8), at the age of 96. The information was

confirmed by Buckingham Palace. She was the longest reigning monarch in the United Kingdom.

In the statement on the queen's death, it was reported that she died peacefully

at Balmoral this afternoon. "The king and queen consort will remain at 

Balmoral this evening and return to London tomorrow," the statement said.

Earlier, Buckingham Palace had reported that Queen Elizabeth II was under medical

supervision. According to the information, the doctors responsible for assisting the queen were concerned about her health condition.

Born Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, Queen Elizabeth II occupied the

throne of the United Kingdom for 70 years. She took office on February 6, 1952 

and remained until this Thursday, September 8, 2022, the day of her death.
