Just a month after Kim Jones and Donatella Versace's "role swap" that resulted in last September's one of the

most talked about shows, the star-studded, monogrammed "Fendace" runway show at Milan Fashion Week, Fendi's artistic director has joined forces with

fashion's other most influential Kim, the queen of fashions, Ms. Kim Kardashian West, in a powerful new collaboration.

Rumors of the collaboration had been floating around both on social media and in fashion circles, and on October

25, friends Kim Jones and Kim Kardashian West confirmed on Instagram that they had indeed collaborated on a limited edition capsule collection.

According to the two Kims, the project "unites the luxury of Fendi with the innovation of Skims" and, as has become customary with their

Skims drops, it was Kim Kardashian herself who modeled the pieces that are part of this collection. In an image

from the campaign, photographed by Steven Meisel, Kim is joined by other models with different body types such

as Precious Lee, Tianna St Louis, Jessie Li and Grace Valentine, all dressed in striking purple dresses, underwear, leggings and gloves.

More shots of Kardashian West find her in leggings splashed with Fendi's Zucca emblem and

Skims logo, a matching bralette and Jones' cult F heels; or a sculpted khaki jumpsuit worn under a monogrammed quilted jacket.
