It seems Kim Kardashian's antics on Instagram have gotten her in trouble, this time
alongside her older sister's ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick. As you may have seen on the lawyer's
feed in the past, she and her sisters have participated in "giveaways"
that promise lavish prizes like first-class flights to Los Angeles, $100,000 and a three-night stay in Beverly Hills.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the founders of SKIMS and Talentless have been sued for more
than $40 million alongside the Australianan company, Curated Businesses, with the plaintiffs alleging that the "giveaway"
was organized as a way for participants' personal information to be sold to advertisers.
Those suing Kardashian and company participated in the Instagram sweepstakes, but did not win.
