Hunter x Hunter may return after a 3-year hiatus

The Hunter x Hunter manga may return after more than three years of hiatus.

The news seems to come from the creator himself

Yoshihiro Togashi, who opened a new Twitter account and showed fans a draft of the next volume.

In the caption of the post, the account supposedly

belonging to Togashi wrote that he is preparing 4 more chapters of Hunter x Hunter.

Fans were suspicious of the information at first, but another famous manga artist confirmed the

authenticity of the account: Yusuke Murata, creator of

One Punch-Man, retweeted the post and wrote that it "was coming from the real person".

Hunter x Hunter began publication in 1999, telling the story of a young man who aspires to

become a Hunter, like his missing father. In the mythology of the

saga, Hunters are humans licensed to access locations and seek treasure unattainable to normal people.
