About two years before all the controversies in Hawaii, Ezra Miller made headlines when he

appeared in a video in which he assaults a woman: he held a fan by the neck and abruptly

threw her to the ground. Now, it has been reported how the actor allegedly believes he was the real victim in the case.

According to reports from Vanity Fair, Miller initially stated how he was the actual victim in the strangulation

incident. A representative for the actor told the site how he overheard the Flash interpreter

on the phone with Warner Bros. shortly after the video went viral on the internet, and gave the alleged version of events.

Ezra Miller's rep defends his client, and claimed how Miller's strangling of the women

was a "spontaneous reaction" after being teased by a group of teenagers about martial arts skills.
