Aquaman 2 and Shazam 2 postponed again

The changing policies at Warner Bros Discovery continue to reflect on the company's films and series.

This past Wednesday (24), Warner announced that "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" and "Shazam! Fury of the Gods" have been delayed yet again.

"Aquaman 2" was scheduled to hit theaters in March 2023 and with the change, the film 

will be released on December 25 next year. Meanwhile, "Shazam 2" was to debut in 

December this year and Warner has revealed that the new date for the feature will be March 17, 2023.

According to reports from Deadline, Warner's decisions came about because Jason Momoa's film

will take longer to produce than imagined, necessitating more reshoots. 

Consequently, Zachary Levi's feature will fill the previously announced date of "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom."

As raised by The Hollywood Reporter, Warner will only have two films released in 2022 o features mentioned.
